Jerry Hall Inc. is owned and managed by Jerry and Linda Hall. They have been active in the auction business for many years. In addition to their auction business Jerry and Linda own the National RE/MAX Franchise covering the Greeneville and Greene County area.
Jerry and Linda became licensed real estate agents in 1972, with Jerry obtaining his brokers license in 1973. Linda obtained her brokers license in 1976.

Jerry Hall has devoted his talents, energies, and resources exclusively to the Real Estate and Auction business. He has not been involved in any other business in the past 30 years. He has committed his capabilities totally to strong services to each and every client he serves.

Jerry always strives to add new ideals to the auction business. He is a member of the National Auctioneers Association, The Tennessee Auctioneers Association, the national, state and local realtor association.

We offer the sell of real estate, personal property, farm machinery, commercial property, or anything of value. Complete liquidation to our sellers, we perform all services on site so that our clients will only have to work with one responsible party. We offer a budget of promotional and out-of-pocket expenses for client review prior to incurring costs. We target the market, design and place ads, create brochures, and maintain computerized mailing lists of known and qualified buyers.

For a real estate auction, we use attention getting signs and prepare the site for the auction day activities.

Our team of auctioneers, ringmen, floor assistants, and bookkeepers, are all professionals trained to maximize the return for our clients. Once the terms of sale are announced, the auction starts and continues uninterrupted until the last item is sold.
